About Our Client
Global organisation focusing on providing leasing and sales for the Vehicle, Truck and Agriculture industry. With twelve brands under their umbrella this is an organisation with a multimillion pound turnover worldwide.
. To manage and monitor the financial elements of the sales process
. To manage the process of negotiating and agreeing sales and order take targets with the Distributors.
. To ensure accurate and timely production of Business Forecasting based on information provided by the District Managers.
. To manage the Dealer Sales Managers in their objective of maximising all Sales Opportunities and identifying innovative commercial solutions to achieve objectives.
. To attend Customer meetings, where required, in conjunction with District Management team and Dealer personnel.
. To coach and develop the Sales Managers team in all areas of their Dealer and customer interaction
The Successful Applicant
. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
. Wide knowledge of all aspects of commercial vehicles and dealer network
. Previous field sales experience required
. The ability to monitor and support a field based team
. Role requires a resilient, enthusiastic individual
. Methodical approach with attention to detail
. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint competencies are a minimum requirement
What's on Offer
£40,000-£45,000 basic salary with company car/car allowance
