As sales team manager you will be responsible for the management of the internal sales function. The internal sales function includes three teams.
You will be required to work closely with each member of the team to maximise performance.
The role will require the right person to continually coach team members to enable them to achieve their targets.
The sales team manager will be responsible for each team achieving their KPI's and targets.
An element of the role will require you to problem solve and manage the high expectations of the clients.
The sales team manager will be responsible for developing robust plans to achieve the company's strategic goals.
The Successful Applicant
Proven demonstrable track record within sales management.
It is desirable that the right candidate has a background in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills are a must.
Excellent communicator at all levels.
Background in coaching individuals.
Ability to implement change effectively.
