Job Description

  • Answer/transfer incoming calls
  • Meet and greet candidates/clients
  • Distributing incoming mail/franking outgoing mail
  • Inputting and reformatting candidates CV's onto 'Profile'
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with all general administration for the team
  • Ordering stationary
  • Office maintenance
  • Running weekly team stats and entering into excel
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Managing the holiday diary for the team
  • Mailers
  • Booking travel and hotel accommodation
  • Scanning/Photocopying
  • Candidate compliance (reg schedule, passport, qual)

The Successful Applicant

  • Bright, professional looking with office experience
  • Computer literate - emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Good communicator, smart appearance
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Team player with a 'can do' attitude
