Job Description

The role of the Senior Account Manager is to sit within the client services team, report into the Account Director and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives.

The role is a fast paced demanding one, which will have a mix of expectations.

You will be expected to manage long standing accounts, and play a part in the execution of winning new accounts. It will be a commercially focused position, with large budgets to handle and profit margins to maintain.

The type of work will vary from print campaigns, digital campaigns, strategic campaigns and branding solutions.

You will be responsible for the management of multiple clients and campaigns will run simultaneously.

The Senior Account Manager will need to be personable and relationship focused, but meticulous, driven and success led.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the Senior Account Manager role, please ensure you have the below skills, attributes and drivers before applying.

  • Must have minimum 3 years agency experience
  • Ideally from an integrated background
  • Experience managing teams of execs and managers
  • Commercially astute and comfortable spotting opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Strong client facing
  • Great project management skills with faultless attention to detail
  • Natural relationship builder
  • Team player and passionate bout growing and developing your team
