My client is an International Marketing Agency based in Hertfordshire working with global brands across the UK.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager include:

- Being the first point of contact for clients (relevant to projects assigned)

- Ensuring the successful delivery of marketing communication projects, including campaigns, digital projects (websites, social), BTL activity, from taking client briefs and confirming cost estimates, to managing creative development and final production

- Accurately monitoring and managing resources allocated to projects to ensure agency profit margins are met and invoicing on completion

- Constantly maintain the agency's high levels of client service and quality standards

- Sourcing and researching marketing ideas, materials and suppliers as appropriate to project requirements

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must attain the following skill set:

- Project and time management

- Attention to detail

- Presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

- Computer literacy

- Marketing intelligence

- Decision making and negotiation

- Client servicing

Desirably the Senior Account Manager will have been working within an Agency environment for at least 3 years with knowledge of campaign management, websites/social, print production techniques and digital media communications.

What's on Offer

Basic salary is between £38,000 - £40,000 for this position. (Dependent on experience)
