Job Description

The role of Senior Analyst is a newly created role, pivotal to the evolution of the commercial finance team, following the acquisition of of our client by CPPIB. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the purpose of this role is to lead on all aspects relating to acquisitions, commercial analysis, business planning and growth opportunities of our clients property and management portfolio.They must be able to build trust and credibility as well as fit into Liberty Living's company culture and share their values.

Principal Responsibilities;

  • Commercial Analysis: scenario analyse, feasibility planning, long term forecasting
  • Financial modelling
  • Market Analysis; collate data and undertake research on competitors, target markets and recent market movements
  • Reporting; writing recommendations for Management and Board approvals

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be Big4 qualified with an interest in the property real estate market. Furthermore, the candidate will have a track record within a similar analyst or commercial finance role with a strong foundation in corporate finance.
