Job Description

  • To be successful in this position, you will be an experienced EMEA Employee Benefits Manager having had responsibility for managing large projects end to end.

  • Candidate will be comfortable reviewing industry best practice and legislative updates to inform Firm benefits policy.

  • Responsible for contract arrangements and associated negotiations liaising with external employee benefit providers and consultants.

  • Responsible for day to day management (including responding to complex employee queries)

  • Responsible for delivery of employee benefit projects

  • Responsible for preparing and delivering written proposals for benefit plans

  • Responsible for preparing Firmwide benefit communications and delivering employee presentations
