About Our Client

My client is a true market leader and global FMCG business

Job Description

  • Oversee the strategic growth of some key customer within the Grocery and/or High Street Channels
  • Recruit, train and develop a team of account manager and account executives to drive their own personal performances as well as their commercial relationships with the customers they are responsible for
  • P&L management of the business unit
  • Attend regular key customer meetings including top to tops, range reviews etc. supporting account managers
  • Be responsible for driving creativity and ideas on how the business unit can grow, as well as opportunities for further new business and incremental business across the customer set.

The Successful Applicant

FMCG blue chip experience

Track record of strong career growth and ability to stretch beyond the next step

Self-starter, driven and hungry candidate

Experience of people management either with small or medium sized teams

Track record of managing top 4 (ideally including Tesco) grocers and major high street customers

Career focused, ambitious candidate

Ability to be office based in the Berkshire area

What's on Offer

In the region of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum (DOE) + package
