Job Description

Provide digital reporting to Senior Management

Manages all digital ad sales and digital performance planning/reporting and provides clear report narratives integrating financial, operating, customer and competitor information, including Specials, identifies opportunities for reporting innovation and ensures reporting aligned to changes to platform, business needs and technology, incl. Viewability. Ensures reporting is updated to inform the business of forward looking trends.

Oversight of websites

Identifies commercial implications/makes recommendations to improve performance, ensures site taxonomy and tagging reflects business needs and latest technology as well as tracks online campaigns.

Produce ad-hoc management reports The various reports would involve integrating research and revenue to present key relevant information to management and sales teams. As well as ad hoc digital research support for ad sales, editorial and product including report creation as well as training (to the extent clients have research system access). Work closely with ad sales and international research teams in research projects, identifying areas of improvement for research output and information need. Advanced Excel skills, advanced skills in research tools and familiarity with reporting systems are necessary.

Research / Analytical mind set

Predictive Analytics

Excellent data analysis, presentation, written and verbal communication skills


Ability to handle multiple projects, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines

Site Optimisation

Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, web and apps tagging, debugging, Tag Management Systems

DMP Audience segmentation

Relevant, at 2+ years' experience preferably at media agency and/or media owner

Fluent with Microsoft office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Chartbeat, ComScore, MOAT, DTM, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and YouTube Insights
