Job Description

Reporting to the National Manager, as part of the Digital Transformation you will:

  • Work collaboratively with lead creative agency and key internal stakeholders to progress integrated creative concepts in response to marketing communications briefs
  • Attend creative briefings to understand the branding, creative campaign and marketing objectives for each project, and present these to the wider marketing group on a weekly basis
  • Lead the digital design, graphic design, copy-writing and content teams to provide guidance for creative output across all digital channels
  • Create visual concepts, design and layouts for online marketing campaigns, eCommerce and mobile
  • Ensure all work delivered by team is completed with end goal of increasing quality of the digital experience
  • Redefine and set strategic direction for deign briefs to meet time and budget constraints, establishing time-frames with key stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends and digital design tools to influence and provide team direction

The Successful Applicant

  • An advocate for best practice UX, UI and digital design, with extensive experience in delivering responsive design experiences
  • More than 5 years experience in leading and managing a digital creative and content team
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in uncertain environments
  • Excellent and diverse communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in wire-frame conceptualisation; sitemapping content/ data modelling and flow charting
  • Excellent time management; organisational; prioritisation and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Mac software including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Keynote
  • Knowledge of KTML/ CSS
  • Qualification in Graphic Design or Multimedia design
  • Extensive experience in delivering responsive design experiences with a focus on UX and UI
