About Our Client

A global investment bank are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their private banking side of the business based in central London. They are looking for someone who has worked in financial services or luxury brands in a senior digital position.

Job Description

Main purpose of Senior Digital Marketing Manager role:

  • Utilise all appropriate agencies to develop website content in line with private bank marketing requirements
  • Lead and manage external resources to ensure all content/pages are built and delivered flawlessly
  • Engage with the wider marketing team to understand requirements and agree prioritization
  • Ensure appropriate analytics are embedded on the site to measure campaign effectiveness, user journeys and overall performance of our site
  • Ensure the look, feel and user journey of our site reflects our brand positioning and aligns with target audience expectations and requirements
  • Understand best practice, explore optimal user journeys, content and client experience to recommend and test new content, user journey that enhances the performance of our website
  • Outline optimal existing client and prospect journeys that enhance engagement and conversion to appointment for our Bankers or Business development teams.
  • Utilise group digital and content development functions to ensure we leverage best practice and our content and activity is aligned and integrated where appropriate.
  • Leverage group and IWI content that Private Bank can leverage and incorporate into our wider digital activity.
  • Engage and report website performance within the Private Bank marketing team, identify improvements to shape further activity or enhance content and user experience



Other

  • Foster positive relationships across all key Private Banking business areas, group and SA digital functions
  • Ability to build relationship with Marketing agencies and view them as partners
