Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the relationships interfaces between the business and the Digital team, providing support and challenge, enabling the business area to optimise Digital contribution to delivery of their business plan, leading a programme of Digital transformation with a responsibility to hit key metrics around Self-service, sales, Cost-to's and CSAT.

As a major channel for sales and service transactions, this role is also responsible for alignment of the segment specific Digital Strategy and associated 3-5 year roadmap to support the overall business plan, with a significant contribution to the underlying performance of the company.

You will act as the key interface between Digital and our Change teams to ensure the prioritisation of Digital within broader segment Change programmes.

The Successful Applicant

If you have experience of leading digital transformation, strong management skills, experience of digital sales and self-service then you are very relevant for this role.
