Job Description

I am seeking an experienced and proven SaaS sales leader with a demonstrable track record of New Business sales success selling high value, enterprise class software solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with an already successful sales team to support the high revenue growth of a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will develop opportunities in global companies, create meaningful relationships and be able to drive them through the sales cycle to close.

The Successful Applicant

An understanding of the enterprise collaboration market-place
Entrepreneurial flair with a passion for emerging technologies
At least 5 years proven, successful Enterprise-level software sales experience
Good technical aptitude coupled with the ability to quickly understand new technology
The ability to network through and deal with complex organisations and multiple stakeholders
Experienced in selling SaaS solutions B2B
Adaptable to work in a start-up environment, must love new business
Capable of not just delivering sales, but also seeing the strategic bigger picture to grow the business sector
Solid experience in solution sales, and experience in longer sales cycles
A high level of personal organisation and time management skills
Ideally a 'self-starter' by nature and have a positive disposition.
Proven successful track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experienced in opportunity creation and the challenges of building a business.
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to compelling messages, communications, and presentations
Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style and strong influence skills

What's on Offer

Basic £55,000 - £75,000 with an OTE of £150,000
