This Business Services company are a large, growing organisation in the West Midlands area. With some major contracts across a number of industries they truly are a success story and this role plays a key part of the evolving HR solution within the business.

Job Description

The role of Senior ER / Employee Relations Manager has been created due to the growing demand for a highly professional and efficient HR service to this large Business Services business. Working within a new structure this people management role will deliver excellent, high volume customer service and ER advice to the business. This role will really be a key change role to how Hr services are delivered and you will drive through performance and service initiatives to ensure the department moves forward. Management of a team of circa 20 staff will be part of your role.

The Successful Applicant

To apply for the role you will be a true change agent ideally with experience in the HR Shared Services environment / Senior ER team management role or driving through change and transformation within an HR environment, Ideally you will have been involved in the set up or transformation of HR Services and HR Customer Service to the business and have held a people management role previously. Highly driven, able to work at pace and with a proven track record of driving performance and KPI's you will be a good team player and a strong leader. You will comfortable driving through HR projects and able to work with demanding stakeholders at all levels.
