About Our Client
Our client is a successful retailer, primarily located on the high street and in shopping centres. Currently with circa 100 stores, with ambitions to expand their portfolio by 10-15% each year.
Reporting to the Retail Operations Director, the Senior Estates & Acquisitions Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of the trading estate with a specific focus on store acquisitions.
Based primarily from the East Midlands, the Senior Estates Manager will manage and develop an Estates Manager and coordinate outsourced service providers to effectively deliver the estates strategy.
The Successful Applicant
Relevant candidates for the Senior Estates & Acquisitions Manager position will be a MRICS Chartered Surveyor, with a proven track record of Acquisitions in the Retail sector. They will have the capability to step in to a lead role, whilst maintaining a hands on results orientated approach. They will ideally based within a commutable distance of the East Midlands with the ability to travel as the role required.
