Job Description

Working in partnership with the Regional Director, the Senior Facilities Manager will have excellent communication skills to professionally liaise and deliver a TFM service to their client. Duties will include;

  • Managing 3 direct reports; 1 Assistant Facilities Manager and 2 Team Supervisors.
  • To manage the internal team across the soft services, including; cleaning, FOH and security. Additionally managing the subcontractors across the hard services, including; building maintenance and projects.
  • To ensure the level of service matches the demands of the high profile client.
  • To have day to day communication with the client, assessing any areas of concern or issues raised.
  • To assist in budget management alongside the Regional Director, actively sourcing innovative solutions to assist in cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Facilities Manager will have a minimum 3 year's experience working for a service provider on a corporate key account. Must have managed both soft and hard service teams, whilst ensuring the highest level of service.
