Our client is an international organisation providing integrated business support services to a number of different sectors.

Job Description

Alongside the Senior Account Director, the successful Head of Customer Operations will take ownership of supplying hard services to their sites across London, Wales and South East and West regions. It will be the responsibility of the Head of Customer Operations to;

  • Closely manage 4 direct reports from area manager to technical specialists to ensure the operational delivery exceeds the client's needs.
  • Oversee all subcontractors of site liaising client requirements to the operational team to ensure what is implemented is to the client's specification.
  • To effectively manage their diary across the regions so that all 900 branches are effectively handled.
  • To monitor all activity around M&E, PPM, reactive works and fabric projects against SLA's, KPI's and client expectations.
  • To oversee the financial budgets of c£5m with an additional c£3m in project works.
  • To professionally communicate with all stakeholders of the business liaising the client's needs to the operational team.
  • Will need to oversee all energy management and sustainability projects.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Customer Operations will have demonstrable experience working for a service provider on a financial contract. Additionally, will have proven their ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships as this will be a client facing position.
