Job Description

The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring compliance with banking and JV requirements
  • Support the development team on new transactions/acquisitions
  • Liaise with the internal tax team on new incorporations and statutory requirements
  • Month cash reconciliations and debt draw-downs
  • Responsible for periodic reporting to banks including preparation of board packs, compliance certificates and cash flow reconciliations
  • Management Accounts on newly established joint ventures
  • KPI Analysis for board papers
  • Analysis of new business proposals for Investor Committee
  • Provide a key link between the commercial and reporting finance teams
  • Providing information to external and internal auditors
  • Ad-hoc reporting for management
  • Arranging development finance for property or PFI projects
  • Investment committee/internal analysis of new and existing projects
  • Negotiating credit agreements and shareholder documents
  • Monitoring credit agreement and bank accounts compliance
  • Preparation of management and statutory accounts
  • VAT and tax in property transactions





The Senior Finance Analyst will be based in London.

Abit about you:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interpreting credit agreements
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Previous Property sector or Banking sector experience desirable
