About Our Client
A large local government organisation
A newly created Senior Finance Business Partner job responsible for working effectively with a key operational division of this large local government organisation.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and key operational stakeholders, you will set budgets, provide reports and analysis, support with key business decision making and challenge operational norms.
You will be joining at a time when the company is revolutionising their approach to Business Partnering and will play a pivotal role in its successful development.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a fully qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in Finance Business Partnering within an Adult Social Care environment.
Experience in Management Accounting, Business Partnering, Financial Analysis and Reporting is a prerequisite. Significantly, you will have extensive stakeholder management skills and have the ability to influence and challenge operational leads in a constructive way.
What's on Offer
Our Client is looking to pay between £60-70,000 per annum, 33 days annual leave and highly competitive pension.
