We are currently seeking an experienced, resilient Senior HR Advisor. This is a challenging role supporting the HR Business Partner in the TUPE in and out process, including carrying out 1-2-1s, consultations with union presence, mobilisation and transitioning into business as usual. You will work on sites across the London and surrounding areas ensuring the delivery of a highly professional generalist HR service. This role will be key in supporting the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit, including; Employee Relations, performance & attendance management, disciplinary and grievances, redundancy, recruitment, change management, employee development, and support for HR project delivery. By developing productive relationships with Operational Managers and all stakeholders, the successful candidate will also support the continual improvement of our HR service delivery within a developing Shared Services structure.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior HR Advisor candidate will:
Strong knowledge and understanding of TUPE
Have a strong HR generalist background ( including experience of dealing with technical staff)
Be able to demonstrate how they have been delivered the full spectrum of HR services in a multi site/matrix base organisation
Have strong employee relations experience
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Appreciate the implications of the latest changes to employment legislation
Be able to prioritise to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
Be able to manage and interpret HR data/reports, and identify and act on resulting issues
Be a team player with a strong customer/delivery focus
Ideally, the successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and will have proven experience within a similar role.
Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate having worked in a busy, complex generalist HR environment.

£35,000 - £40,000 + £5,200 car allowance
