My client are a leading property consultancy

Job Description

Based in the London head office, the Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to the residential client base which will include; the Divisional Head, Sub - Divisional Head's, Service Line Head's, Department Head's and other Partners. The residential arm of the business consists of a client group of roughly 1,000 employees. This role has ownership over the annual people review processes including, pay, performance and promotions working closely with the senior leadership to provide strategic guidance and support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience operating as a Senior HR business partner for a large commercial matrixed organisation.
  • Experience leading on the annual people review cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience in a management role
  • Excellent standard of English grammar and take pride in presentation of work.
  • Extremely well organised.
  • Prioritise effectively and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Good communicator to all types of people.
  • A strong background in HR policy and practice.
  • Strong work ethic, articulate, well presented and efficient.
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the Firm as well as with the general public
  • Degree educated
  • CIPD Qualified
