A business that has seen significant investment, this will be a challenging role to take the wider stakeholders through significant change that will drive the business forward.

Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner role will cover the following:

  • Delivering up to 50 different change platforms across the customer group
  • Partnering up to director level to deliver people strategy
  • Leading on Talent and Engagement - including proactive work around future skill gaps
  • Restructuring and organisational design
  • Looking at Organisational effectiveness
  • Delivering efficiency's around ways of working and embedding the Ulrich model and shared service

The Successful Applicant

As Senior HR Business Partner:

  • You will have extensive partnering experience at a strategic level
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Full generalist compliment of skills
  • Talent Management experience
  • Experience of working with centres of expertise to deliver HR projects
  • MCIPD or equivalent
