About Our Client

My Client are an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department of Work and Pensions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and technical skills:

  • Managing people and leading a function within a small organisation
  • Highly developed relationship management and stakeholder skills - developing relationships quickly and maintaining trust and confidence over the longer term
  • Strategic thinking and analysis through an evidence-based approach and using this to effectively implement HR strategy
  • Demonstrable relevant experience at Lead/Senior HR Business Partner level ideally within a HRBP led model.
  • Sound understanding of Employee Relations, employment law and HR best practice and the ability to convey key messages to all levels of staff.
  • Good understanding and experience of change management.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience of coordinating multiple project timelines.
  • Broad experience in HR with experience of developing and managing policy, processes and HR interventions to drive an increase in line management and leadership capability
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal demonstrated by experience of communicating formally and informally to a range of audiences.

  • Resilience when dealing with a significant workload and varied demands of senior stakeholders, managing expectations and adapting to challenges as they emerge
  • Delivery focused with a demonstrated ability to achieve milestones and projects within strict deadlines.
  • Highly numerate, computer literate, attention to detail with strong analytical skills
