Job Description

With the rapid rate of growth and ever changing environment that comes with it there are no bogstandard day to day activities, this will be very much driven by you and where your strategic plans take you however, as an overview you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the leaders of the Group functions and other key senior leaders throughout their teams.
  • Developing an in depth understanding of the business strategies and develop the people strategy in line with this.
  • Organisational design - have a keen eye for opportunity, review and reshape functions to support their growth.
  • Support, oversee and lead business change and the cultural change that goes with it.
  • Work alongside the talent team to ensure effective hiring strategies are in place, ensuring a right people, right place, right time approach.
  • Identify future talent and ensure great development processes are in place.
  • Succession planning.
  • Develop and champion a high performance culture across all Group functions - ensure line managers have the confidence and tools they need to deal with performance issues effectively.
  • Ensure quality service is being provided by the HR function to all areas of the Group.
  • Provide direction and development to your direct reports consisting of HR Partners.
  • Contribute to the overall HR agenda

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior HR Business Partner will need:

  • Experience operating in a rapidly growing organisation or one in which positive change is on the agenda.
  • Significant previous experience Business Partnering with Marketing, Digital and Sales functions.
  • Strong change leadership experience (in a business growth perspective).
  • A proven track history in producing frameworks and providing influence and challenge to senior teams to identify and drive through organisation change strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering true strategic OD.
  • Previous partnering with Group/corporate client groups.
  • Experience working at effectively at speed and productively planning schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Previous experience leading HR teams.

What's on Offer

£60,000 to £70,000 plus 12% bonus.
