An established and evolving Birmingham-based SME organisation with an international presence, going through a period of change.
Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner include:
Providing strategic direction and input to your client groups on the design and implementation of the people strategy and operational activities.
Developing people plans that drive engagement, performance and talent management.
Coaching senior managers and directors as well as leadership development, identifying opportunities.
Facilitating delivery of ongoing performance management and continuous feedback.
Acting as a change agent for your client groups and teams.
Delivery of business-critical HR projects.
Providing advice and input on complex employee relations.
The Successful Applicant
My client is looking for an experienced and articulate Senior HR Business Partner adept at working with professional and high level stakeholders and with the ability to draw on a range of influence styles and techniques. You must be able to work strategically as well as being strong operationally, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the Business and your client groups.
This client is looking for an individual with experience with the Service sector.
