About Our Client
A well known Insurance business
Reporting into the Legal Director you will be responsible for advising the business on a range of legal and regulatory matters that affect the business.
This will be a hands on role and the successful candidate will be expected to work on broad commercial contracts matters, advice on current and forthcoming regulatory concerns and advice on insurance specific issues as well as managing a small team around them.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to be a UK qualified solicitor ideally with at least 6 years of post qualified experience* gained from a reputable law firm and comparative in-house organisation (either a full time role or secondment).
Candidates should have a good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment that the company operates in. Prior management experience would be beneficial as you will be required to run a small team of lawyers.
