Job Description

Senior Manager - EMEA Trade Finance will be responsible for;


  • Establishing EMEA Lending and Trade Operations strategic direction
  • Leading with a global perspective and articulates enterprise vision
  • Serving as a key contact for Clients, Investors, Regulators and Business partners
  • Owning Loan and Trade Operation business processes in the region
  • Establishing continuous process improvement environment
  • Execution and integration of new capabilities that meet both Region and Global objectives
  • Continuous education on market events and industry trends and ability to translate and adjust accordingly
  • Translating data into key business metrics and decision making. Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies
  • Owning Client and Employee experience


  • Being responsible for cross border advisory expertise for all Global partners
  • Building strong/influential relationships with key leaders across the enterprise and industry
  • Attracting, retaining, and growing key talent
  • Leading high performing teams
  • Risk/Compliance/Financial
  • Building a culture and process to identify, mitigate, and control operational risk
  • Being responsible for budget/expense management and achieving identified operational goals incl. forecasting
  • Development and execution of effective business continuity and event management processes
  • Satisfactory audits, reviews, exams (internal and regulator driven)
  • Being responsible for proper communication and compliance with regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

Senior Manager - EMEA Trade Finance will have;

  • Extensive knowledge of Loan and Trade products and processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex virtual teams and develop strategic plans for the business
  • Ability to manage alliances, Client relationships, cross functional initiatives and process integration globally
  • Proven stakeholder relationship/influence management skills to achieve swift adoption
  • Understand and respect cultural differences
