Job Description

  • To implement a robust and aggressive Marketing and PR Campaign for the full business with any marketing and PR activity to be fully exposed to the clients and through its complete channels.
  • To Execute a Multi-Channel Campaign management including; Direct Mail, Email, Social Media, Cross event promotions etc.
  • To progressively continue and seek new ideas needed to deliver fresh marketing opportunities.
  • To travel, network and integrate with local communities in all regional areas
  • To identify and exploit opportunities in all regional markets for increased brand exposure.
  • To work together with the designated brand agency to adhere to the approved brand regulations for
  • Organise and attend both consumer and business events which will enhance the portfolio of the stores within its community and within the wider business in order to support all campaign events.
  • To increase working relationships with Employees, Clients and Customers.
  • To undertake research for new campaigns and present to Managing Directors and Employees.
  • To create and review all written content required for deliverance by the marketing department.
  • The role will involve prioritising elements of different regions in order to increase any decline in footfall.
  • To research prices, analyse competition and deliver an increase in demand in local stores on a regular basis by introducing a USP for each individual store.
  • Monitor Interval performances of campaign management and ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Introduce, build up & manage a fully comprehensive social media platform in line with Brand Regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • To have experience and strong knowledge of campaign management
  • An exceptional management of time and planning.
  • A person who seeks new creative ideas by undertaking their own research
  • A candidate who is highly skilled in Media Relations and has experience working with local Press
  • PR and Social Media Experience.
  • An ideal candidate must have experience of planning and co-ordinating successful press and consumer events, with the ability to talk about the ROI and increased impact it has had on the campaign brief.
