Large professional services organisation based in Manchester, looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team

Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

Assisting in the development and effective delivery of the marketing, communications and events strategies.
Assist in the writing, production and delivery of a marketing and communications plan
Write, produce and issue internal communications to all customers, partners and stakeholders
Draft and issue press releases to assist in keeping the media, our customers and stakeholders informed of our plans, ambitions and successes through on and offline channels.
Manage the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums.
Support the development of and increase our online presence through content creation for the website and the creative and effective use of social/digital media for marketing purposes
Support the organisation and promotion of our internal events and external conference/exhibition programme both in the UK and abroad using a number of channels
Support public and stakeholder consultation events
Work effectively with members of the sales team to assist in the creation of lively, engaging materials to support prospecting campaigns for lab and office space.
Work effectively with suppliers, partners, stakeholders and other team members across the portfolio

The Successful Applicant

Be educated to degree level or have specific industry experience relevant to the role in order to be successful as our Senior Marketing Executive
- Experience working in a marketing or marcomms position
- Be genuinely interested and curious about what we do
- Have strong communication, planning and organisation skills
- Have excellent writing skills and the ability to channel messages appropriately using different mediums
- Take a creative and solutions-focussed approach to problem solving
- Be flexible, creative, confident and take a common sense approach to getting things done
- Have experience in the usual office computer programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and experience of social media management suites
