About Our Client

Ignoring all the awards/ accolades my client has worked hard for [and won!] for their work environment and employee welfare, they have a great product range at the heart of everything they do!

They are a leader in product innovation and premiumisation of their category and have rewritten the rule book as far as this product set is concerned. It is this entrepreneurial flair, and desire to be the best, that has set this business aside from their competition and made them the company and brand to watch!

Their company [and headcount!] growth is one of the fastest we have seen, so this is a excellent opportunity to become a part of this exciting time!

My client genuinely care about their team's well being and this code of ethics is translated into the way they interact with everyone they deal with. There is also the benefit that comes from being continually challenged to gain new skills and knowledge on the job - while receiving the support you need to advance your career. Based London.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Sales, the Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for my client's product range in a set of high profile accounts - likely to be in the Grocery channel. As this is a growing business there are still plenty of retailers that there is scope to trade with, so part of this role will be to identify new business opportunities and convert these into revenue and active customers. It is likely you will have one direct report in this role as well, however given the ever growing and changing structure of this business, this is set to quickly become a larger reporting structure.

Based in London

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an outstanding, London based, NAM/ Senior National Account Manager for this role. Due to the potential for growth [both personal and company] we need somebody who has a track record of quick progression to date and is top of their game currently. It is likely that this role will quickly become a controller position so we need somebody who has repeatedly progressed at this pace in their career so far and could handle this jump. This said, the teams are constantly evolving and growing so you may find you make a cross functional move as well. The only constant with this FMCG company is change, so you must be comfortable operating in an environment like this.

To be successful as Senior National Account Manager you will already be operating at at least NAM level within the FMCG industry ideally looking after Grocery accounts, however there is flexibility for an exceptional candidate.

You will have a desire to progress and REALLY make a difference in your role.
