They are the largest visa and immigration organisation in the the UK, who provide UK immigration and visa services, but also offer immigrants rich resources to help them invest, establish businesses and network after arriving to the UK.

Job Description

The Senior Partnership Development Manager will report directly to the Operation Director. The successful candidate will become part of a small management team, in a role that offers a lot of responsibility and fast career progression.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop new partnerships with universities, colleges and schools in the UK and worldwide;
  • Maintain existing partnerships by managing all correspondence on a daily basis;
  • Support the development of partnerships/collaborations including presentations, videos and brochures;
  • Organise updates from/to institutional partners; Attending related events and briefing to the team;
  • Develop and promote the company's marketing solutions to partners;
  • Help in organising educational recruitment related events by managing internal and external communications;
  • Build networks with potential institutional partners in support of business growth;
  • Prepare proposals, programme outlines or presentations to support forming new institutional partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding education recruitment industry; at least 2 years previous experience in marketing or business development area of the UK education industry is required;
  • Experience in business development role and determination to develop new partnerships;
  • Excellent English speaking and written skills required, basic Mandarin skills preferred but not essential;
  • Highly organised, strong communication skills and an excellent eye for detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills including ability to influence and work effectively with people;
  • The ability to manage projects and prioritise accordingly is essential;
  • Able to liaise and negotiate with partners to define their needs and implement;
  • Be able to work effectively, but also be able to work independently, resolve problems and make decisions when appropriate.

What's on Offer

  • Up to £35,000 on the base, more for perfect candidate plus commission.
