London based construction and infrastructure consultancy, working on major projects across London, the UK and internationally.

Job Description

  • Manage delivery of strategic procurement services to clients
  • Act as commission manager on selected projects, protecting revenue and managing commercial risk
  • Prepare client bid responses and participate in business development activity
  • Provide specialist advice, both internal and external, on areas of procurement
  • Budget forecasting, income management and credit control on all commissions
  • Active contribution to regular team meetings & Contract Services management forums

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant procurement experience on major projects and programmes of work
  • Major construction (civils and building) programme experience
  • Effective stakeholder management experience
  • Strategy and product development within a procurement/supply chain environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience of NEC3 contracts
  • Good understanding of other standard forms of contract (UK and international), such as FIDIC, ICHEME and JCT
  • Experience in delivering contracts management and OJEU training
