Job Description

â¢Ensure a deep and improving understanding of the Firmâs range of services and client base
â¢Definition of a responsive resourcing strategy to meet demands of pipeline
â¢Develop the strategic resourcing plan for both permanent and associate resources, based on the approach agreed with and input provided by the firmâs senior team
â¢Regular review of salary bands and total compensation packages per grade based on industry and market intel
â¢Owner of the job description and consulting profile databases â which includes definition of standards and template/ ultimate reviewer responsibility
â¢Identification and attraction of best in breed market practitioners to the firm utilising a variety of different methods including but not limited to; sourcing, headhunting, market events, referrals, networking
â¢Negotiation and agreement of permanent compensation packages within the firmâs grade bands
â¢Negotiation and agreement of associate pay rates and terms taking into account commercial considerations
â¢Management of associate acquisition and on-boarding process including issuance and amendments to PSAs
â¢Definition and management of virtual benches by discipline and capacity
â¢Optimise use of Salesforce and LinkedIn for the recruitment and resource management function
â¢Development of relationships across our consultants; nurturing your personal network from day one and pro-actively expanding this thereafter
â¢Owner of the internal review and assessment process |(incl due diligence and background checks) for all candidates in line with the firmâs policy
â¢Reviewing and regularly making recommendations about current and planned profile-raising activity and working closely with relevant colleagues
â¢Responsible for production of Management Information and status reporting to support prioritisation and business planning requirements

The Successful Applicant

-This role requires any applicants to have significant experience recruiting into the Financial Services and and desirably the Management Consulting sector

-Graduate (ideally 2:1 or above) preferable with a business degree

-Experience of line managing a team

-Experience of building in house recruitment strategies
