Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Standards & Quality Manager. You will:

  • Oversee the development of the professional standards, guidance and accreditation products.
  • To ensure that the accreditation processes are run effectively and efficiently, including managing the team of assessors and quality assuring their work.
  • Manage and oversee implementation of the quality assurance strategy.
  • Work with colleagues to develop the mentoring scheme and CPD programme.
  • Ensure complaints and appeals are dealt with appropriately, working with Independent Complaints and Appeals Examiner.
  • Represent the organisation publicly and promote the work of the RJC in a range of forums, including in meetings and at conferences and other events.

The Successful Applicant

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a relevant senior role.
  • Experience of developing and managing standards, accreditation products and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to establish personal credibility with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and to a high standard.
  • The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively to tight deadlines.
