Job Description

The main purpose of the Service Performance Lead role is to business partner various financial and non-financial project leads. This will include:

  • Managing the service performance across various global projects
  • To work with the various project leads and give financial input on their processes
  • To manage KPI setting and monitoring with various global leads
  • Keeping track of changes to global process
  • To handle ad hoc requests as they arise

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent
  • Experience in managing SLAs and KPIs
  • A proven track record in a team environment with in a large
  • A commitment to high level customer service
  • An ability to manage workload independently
  • First class communications skills
