Job Description

Having recently hired a new Head of Department with a mandate to grow and develop the firm's Employee Incentives practice, this extremely well-regarded City firm currently seek a mid-level associate to help facilitate the projected growth.



The role will be advisory focussed, advising a broad range of clients on strategy, design, implementation and compliance of UK and global employee incentive arrangements. There will also be exposure to litigation-based work, and extensive Business Development in the role.



The successful candidate will driven, ambitious, and have relevant share schemes / incentives experience gained at another City or leading Regional practice, alongside a strong academic record.
