About Our Client
This is a local growing business employing over 1,200 people from a state of the art operation in West Yorkshire.
Shift Supervisor role will involve:
Effectively and efficiently running of relevant shift.
Responsibility for Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Quantity and Cost (SHQQC).
Managing, coaching, communicating and developing direct reports to achieve the day to day running of the business.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for individuals who lead by example and possess excellent people management skills. A candidate must be hard working, reliable and flexible. The position requires a general standard of education or extensive relevant work experience. Experience within the food industry would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided on induction.

What's on Offer
The shift is 4 on 2 off rotating earlies and lates. Shift Supervisors are required to start 30 minutes before the shift and to stay until shift close out.
early shift- 7am - 3pm Late shift- 3pm - 11pm.
