My client is a successful retailer of luxury, unique furniture and accessories for the home. They also provide a fitting service - kitchens, bedrooms etc.

Job Description

The Showroom Manager opportunity will involve:

- Leading and developing the team to deliver sales targets

- Ensuring consistent and high level of customer service in store

- Acting as a strong brand ambassador

- Networking with local businesses to build client base

- Ability to capitalise on commercial opportunities

- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising

- Deal with performance management issues where necessary

- Clientelling and CRM practices

- Work alongside the Design team to create a harmonious team

The Successful Applicant

To perform well as Showroom Manager we are looking for candidates with the following background:

- Experienced Store Manager with a proven track record

- Experience of and enthusiasm for working in high end retail homeware is ideal, though not essential

- Flexible and adaptable in approach

- Confident communicator

- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills

- Strong visual merchandising standards
