Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a customer focused site
  • Manage, motivate and develop the team
  • Remain commercially focused at all times
  • Implement change and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Lead and motivate team through operational change
  • Take a hands on approach
  • Liaise with Trade Union representatives
  • Agree financial budgets
  • Accountability for Site P & L
  • Manage projects to agreed costs
  • HR Management including; recruitment, appraisals, disiplinaries, annual reviews
  • Lead regular management meetings to discuss operational performance
  • Ensure all team members have up to date Personal Development Plans
  • Site Health & Safety
  • Ensure operational and legal compliance is achieves

What's on Offer

Salary on offer is between £60,000 and £65,000 + Bonus, Car, PHC, Pension
