Job Description

This is a newly created position in and in line with my clients aspirations to drive forward a prominent digital strategy.

The purpose of the Social media manager position is to bring the company digital presence forward and increase footfall to stores. the social media manager will:

  • Define and Deliver the Social Media Strategy
  • increase membership usage of Social Media
  • Improve reach and engagement through all social media platforms



The social media manager will be the social media champion across the business and train/upskill member stores within the business. This will be done through holding sessions at the head office but also through conducting webex's.

The social media manager will develop the social strategy across the business and create the social calendar.



The Successful Applicant

Fluent across - Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin

Fluent with hotsuite, Tweet deck, Brandwatch, Tracx, Synthesio

Social Media Content creation and campaign management

Passion for creating content and keeping up to date

Able to create the social strategy and implement it.

Commercial Awareness and a proven track record of improving sales and service performance in online or multi-channel environment
