Our client is a well known national business with an impressive and reputable portfolio. This specific contract is for a first class media institute.

Job Description

As the Soft Services Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of a range of soft services. Looking after a large multi-building site, your team will spread across the; post/mail room, catering, cleaning and security services.

As the Soft Services Manager the position will require;

  • Excellent managerial skills to motivate, train and educate staff to maintain an exceptional level of service.
  • Day to day communication with the service provider and client, managing all expectations with a professional and respectable approach.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience across the delivery of soft services in a corporate environment. Additionally, the individual will have obtained an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification with experience in regulating health and safety requirements on site.
