My client is a large multinational software company that is a partner for large well-known vendors.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of UK and Ireland Marketing Managers will be for the Marketing and Lead Generation activities related to solutions of a business or service unit. Working closely with Sales, Business Development, their vendor partners, as well as their EMEA and Global Marketing organisations, Marketing Managers will be responsible for producing an approved Marketing Plan and budget, then executing to agreed targets, timelines and budget. They will also be responsible for production of innovative, creative and engaging on and off line campaigns and collateral that clearly demonstrate the value they provide their customers. This role is key in driving business and generating pipeline it is critical that we measure their results, therefore a key element to this role will be the production of regular reports that measure their success.

What we expect you to do

  • Development and implementation of solution go-to-market (GTM) plans working with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Work with Business/Service Unit and Sales organisation to produce annual and quarterly marketing plan and Budget
  • Develop and execute demand generation that drive leads, appointments and opportunities for related solutions. Working with external agencies to produce innovative, industry leading Marketing campaigns and creative to position Dimension Data
  • Ensure that all enquiries, leads, appointments and opportunities generated are processed quickly and logged effectively to support accurate ROI reporting
  • Plan, project manage and deliver related events as defined in the marketing plan, on time and to budget

The Successful Applicant

Desired Skills and Experience

  • +10 years demonstrable communications and major events experience
  • Strong marketing track record in ICT solutions and services experience
  • Experience in Vendor, SI or Managed Services environments essential
  • Marketing to Enterprise level organisations in B2B market.
