Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing the category strategies for the business. The role will involve managing end to end procurement, setting and executing category plans across CAPEX and OPEX.

This role will work closely with the other areas of the business to help delivery the overall company goals. Communicate strategies, market intelligence and influence stakeholders in the development of customer and business requirements.

Sourcing Manager will have to be proactive and responsive. The role involves significant stakeholder management working across multiple functions.

  • Understanding procurement category management, but not necessarily category specific.
  • Has the ability to work within an inclusive and diverse environment where talented individuals are given the right opportunities to develop and grow.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the business.
