Job Description

The Store Manager job for this luxury jewellery & watches brand will include:

- Coaching and developing the team

- CRM - clientelling practices - building and maintaining the client base

- Networking, organising and attending events with VIP clients

- Up-keeping product presentation standards

- VM standards to be monitored

- Seeking and capitalising on all commercial opportunities

- Delivering and exceeding on sales targets

- Effectively using time between 3 boutiques

The Successful Applicant

To perform well as Store Manager within this business we are looking for someone with:

- Strong Management experience within a luxury environment

- Ideally jewellery and / or watches experience

- Experience managing KPI's

- CRM with fantastic people management skills

- Ability to network/attend events

- Commercially aware and have a great understanding of Luxury customer service

- Fantastic clientelling skills and able to build and maintain client base
