Job Description

The Store Manager job for this luxury accessories brand will include:

Coaching and developing the team

CRM - clientelling practies - building and maintaining the client base

Networking, organising and attending events with VIP clients

Upkeeping product presentation standards

VM standards to be monitored

Seeking and capitalising on all commercial opportunities

Delivering and exceeding on sales targets

The Successful Applicant

To perform well as Store Manager within this business we are looking for someone with

Strong Management experience within a luxury

Experience managing KPI's

CRM with fantastic people management skills

Ability to network/attend events

Commercially aware and have a great understanding of Luxury customer service

Fantastic clientelling skills and able to build and maintain client base

What's on Offer

The Store Manager opportunity offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus a very generous bonus structure
