5. Excellent retail skills and a strong focus on the basic principles of retail.
6. Ability to not only deliver standards but an ability to step back, challenge the accepted way of doing things and always be trying to improve the proposition.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the role:
1. Experience of managing large teams.
2. Strong food retail background.
3. Track record of running large turnover sites.
4. Inclusive, empowering leadership style.
5. Highly energetic approach with undoubted motivational skills.

Up to £80,000 plus excellent package plus Car Allowance
