My client is a leading Chinese Retail brand in London in both retail and wholesale departments. Since its inception it has become one of the landmarks of London's vibrant and bustling Chinatown with an annual turnover of £10 Million.

Job Description



The Stores Manager is responsible for the overall management of the store, which includes but is not limited to:



-Overseeing retail and wholesale aspect of business.

-Developing sales

-Attracting new customers

-Building customer loyalty & clientele

-Maintaining outstanding customer service and visual standards throughout the stores

- Implementing and constantly optimizing merchandising

-Managing the team (hiring, training, supervision, motivation, development)

-Managing the stores administrative work & operations (work organization, inventory management, indicators analysis)

The Successful Applicant



The ideal candidate for the position of Store Manager would:



-Have food retail management experience

-Have exceptional customer experience skills

-Preferably be able to speak fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese

-Have people management experience

-A close attention to detail

-Be aware and adaptable and willing to learn.

-Preferably have an in-date driving license
