Team of c7 overseeing the storeroom function. Manage inbound deliveries from suppliers and replenishment for damaged items. Review the store and process flow around workflow, resource plan and allocation etc. Opportunity to introduce lean methodology where necessary. Challenge in there is a large number of long serving staff and the culture needs to change. This person needs to set up processes and system management (all garments RFID tracked), mainly Excel.
The Successful Applicant
Warehouse background preferred, sector not important. Need to be process driven and possess strong IT skills (Excel; V look ups and pivot tables). Will need to show examples of process improvement and where they have introduced best practice, KPI's etc. Leadership skills are key as hearts and minds will need to be won.
