Job Description

Structural Reform Project Manager/Business Analyst key responsibilities of the role are:

· Develop and deliver a planning process to support all key initiatives across the group

· Undertake project/delivery management for small changes and minor change projects

· Establish formal liaison with a range of parties around the Bank (such as PPD, Resolution, PRA) in order to understand the pipeline of potential future Banking data changes

- Experience of delivering change in a regulatory environment including structural reform

· Coordinate the completion impact assessments of banking data change proposals

· Preparation of propositions, statements of business need and other documentation to facilitate the initiation of technology based banking data change proposals

Creation of, or contribution to business case documents on major and minor projects and subsequent project initiation activities

The Successful Applicant

Structural Reform Project Manager/Business Analyst competencies/skills for the role include:

· Experience of project management, delivery management or project planning

· Ability and confidence to drive forward projects, challenge existing practices and implement change to business processes where efficiencies can be achieved

- experience delivering regulatory projects such as structural reform across industries including Financial Services

· Excellent people skills, in particular establishing and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders at a range of levels across the Bank

· Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and to aggressive project deadlines

· Experience of working on data and/or technology infrastructure projects within a high-volume, data-centric industry

· Experience in business analysis and impact assessment

· Understanding of or experience working with the Bank's technology change process

· Experience of regulatory supervision and / or policy formulation in the financial sector

· Knowledge of key elements of Bank and FCA technology and operations, including BSM, GABRIEL and TARDIS

· Awareness of the regulatory data landscape for Banks, including both content and processes

· Understanding of global and EU prudential banking regulations, especially the associated regulatory and supervisory reporting requirements
