Job Description

Supplier Relationship Managers at my client require you to deliver continuous and excellent customer service to your customers by managing the relationships of key suppliers, providing services to my client.

A large proportion of the role will be spent engaging with key suppliers and stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and ensuring that not only the service being paid for is received but value is added to this, in terms of revenue and benefit to our client and the suppliers.

You will work with colleagues and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies within our client's processes, which you will improve, by working in partnership with suppliers and internal stakeholders.



You will work in an environment where you will be regularly visiting a wide variety of locations and business areas internally and externally, including direct face to face meetings with corporate customer and Operational stakeholders.



You will enjoy using your strong communication and relationship building skills to build SRM capability across the business and drive continuous improvement.



A key responsibility will be to work with the Claims Supply Team and Procurement, to ensure contractual service requirements are captured and documented, prior to any services being tendered or contracts renewed, to ensure the needs of customers are catered for.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have strong experience of working within the motor repair industry and having knowledge of values and trends within that marketplace



You will have substantial experience of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have advanced experience of creating long lasting supply chain relationships. Knowledge of the Financial Services and Insurance industry would be a distinct advantage as this will add gravitas to the stake holder engagement.



Knowledge and experience of Contract Management, Cost Analysis with sourcing ability will all be required to be considered for this role. The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience of managing relationships with corporate clients and adding value to the service agreements
